Linnea Susan (Kotanen) Cretton

Linnea S. Cretton, age 68, passed away on March 22, 2017. She was born in Ishpeming, Michigan on April 1, 1948 to the late Toivo and Lila (Saari) Kotanen. After graduating high school, she worked for the United States Navy at Great Lakes, Illinois and Virginia Beach in the finance department. When she retired from Virginia Beach, in 2003, she moved to Green Bay. She is survived by her daughter, Wendy (Earl) O’Bryant and grandchildren, E.J. and Lila O’Bryant of Forrest Hill, Maryland; her brother, Kenneth (Diane) Kotanen; special niece, Sheri Wertel. She is further survived by nephews, Troy Kotanen and Aaron Kotanen and nieces, Trina and Tonya Kotanen and Terri Ball. Preceding her in death are her parents; sister, Karen Stacy; brother, David Kotanen; sister-in-law, Betty Jo Kotanen. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 4:00 to 5:00pm at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 North Webster Ave, De Pere, WI 54115 with a memorial service at 5:00pm.
