Laverne C. “Chickie” Hammer, 88, Green Bay, passed away at a local nursing home on September 5, 2010. Daughter of the late Walter and Florence LaFrombois, united in marriage to Clinton D. Hammer April 13, 1939 in Green Bay, WI. He preceded her in death in November 1981. She was a member of Nativity Parish in Ashwaubenon. She enjoyed traveling, even taking flight lessons and piloting an airplane. She always enjoyed telling and hearing a good joke. She experienced many successful deer and goose hunts and was an avid Packer fan. Laverne enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. Survivors include three daughters: Gloria Otten, Sandra (Ron) LeRoy, and Susan (Don) Revolinski; 9 grandchildren: Cathy (Owen) Kitzman, Steve (Cheryl) Otten, Bob (Amy) Otten, Lynn LeRoy (Todd), Kevin (Julie) LeRoy, Cheri (Dave) Rosenberg, Michelle Jaimes, Tammy (Terry) Perry, Don Revolinski II (Chantelle); 13 great-grandchildren: Stephanie, Trever, Nicholas, Dylan Kitzman, Andrew, Amanda, Adam Otten, Becky Otten, Kyle and Tyler Rosenberg, Clinton and Austin Jaimes, and Don Revolinski III. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law, Richard Otten; and great-granddaughter, Adrianna Jaimes. Family and friends may call Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N.
