Lana Carole (Van De Hei) Komorowski

Lana Carole Komorowski, 38, Denmark, passed away Sunday, June 19th at her home after a 3 ½ year battle with cancer. She was born March 10, 1973 to Norbert and Carole (Nysse) Van De Hei in Green Bay. Lana married Robert Komorowski Jr. on July 19, 2003. She attended Denmark High School and received degrees from NWTC in jewelry fabrication and then accounting. Most recently, she worked for C-Store Management and Mass Appeal, Inc. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her two boys, flower gardening, camping, snowmobiling and fine jewelry. Lana is survived by her husband, Bob, and children Hunter Thomas and Cordell Robert Komorowski; her parents, Norbert and Carole Van De Hei; brothers and sisters: Gary (Debbie) Van De Hei and their children: Myka (special friend Caleb Hart) Scray, Racine, Megan (Brian) Bruegge and their childen: Lily and Claire, Denmark, God-child Amanda (special friend Adam Meeuwsen) Van De Hei, De Pere, Andrea and Abigail Van De Hei, De Pere; Lynnette Van De Hei (special friend Kevin Romdenne), Sturgeon Bay; Lori and John Calaway and their children: Elizabeth, Nicole (special friend Dean Labbs) and Sarah, Denmark; Greg and Cheryl Van De Hei, and their children: Alex Hoholek and Jennifer, Denmark; Glen and Jessica Van De Hei and their children: Garrett, God-Child Cody, and Hailey, Maribel. She is further survived by sisters-in-law and brother-in-law: Terri (Matt) Hogan and their children: Emily and Hannah, Little Suamico; Patti (Joe) Alicea and their daughter Sarah, and Candace (Special friend Jordan Bonifas) Komorowski and their sons, Miles and Cayden, Green Bay; Mary (fiance Bill Alsteen) Komorowski, Kewaunee; Kathy Argumedo and son: Diego, Woodland, CA; Mother and Father-in-law, Helen and Robert Komorowski, Sr. Maternal grandmother: Vernette Nysse. Also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends: Carrie, Diane, Bridget, Sue and Tom. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Robert and Elizabeth Van De Hei and maternal grandfather: Leslie Nysse. Family and friends may call at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty Road R, Denmark, from 4-8pm on Wednesday, June 22. Visitation will continue on Thursday, June 23 from 9-10:45am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3735 Shirley Road, Glenmore. Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Thursday, at the Church, with Pastor J.C. Eggert officiating. Interment in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Glenmore.
