Kent A. Plautz

Kent A. Plautz, age 78, of De Pere, passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. The son of the late Albert and Marcella (Meyer) Plautz was born September 26, 1939 in Fond du Lac. He entered the U.S. Navy and served from August 1958-August 1964. On November 16, 1963 he married Sharon Hofman in Madison, WI.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon, daughter Nanette Carlson; son Christopher (Terri) Plautz; granddaughters: Tara Carlson, Taylor Carlson and Jourdan Plautz.
Family and friends may visit at St. Mary Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsman Drive, Ledgeview, on Thursday, August 30, from 12:00pm until 1:45pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00pm with Fr. Richard Getchel officiating. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, De Pere. Cotter Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family.
