Kenneth A. Kussow, 76, Wrightstown, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Ken was born November 30, 1934 in Brown Co., son of the late Willard and Irene (Brandt) Kussow and Sophie (Rohloff ) Kussow. Following graduation from West DePere High School, he served his country in the United States Army. He farmed on the family farm his entire life. Ken married Carol Malcore on June 2, 1962 in Wrightstown. He was an active member of St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Wrightstown, holding several positions in the church. Ken enjoyed traveling and RV’ing, having traveled to 49 states as well as Canada. He also enjoyed playing cards, especially sheepshead and cribbage, photography, flying model airplanes, and boating. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Carol; five daughters: Marie (James) Allard, and their children, Heather and Samantha; Arlene (Perry) Dietzler; Kathy (Scott) Hendricks, and their son, Justin; Laura (Tim) Krzewina; and Kim (Tim) Huck, and their four children and great-grandson: Alex (Brittany) Gilson, and Cassandra Kussow, Alexis Huck, Kayla (Andrew) Fifield and their son, Kolby; brothers and sisters: Virginia Ehnerd, Norbert (Betty) Kussow, Bonnie Chambers, Kathy (Jim) Martin; sister-in-law, Jean Kussow; brother-in-law, Ronald Malcore; and numerous nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Roger Kussow; a brother-in-law, Glenn Ehnerd; and father and mother in-law, Elmer and Ethel Malcore Family and friends may call Monday, November 14, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at St. John’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Wrightstown. Funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday at church, with the Pastor Matthew Vik officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
