John M. Healy

John M. Healy, 84, Glenmore Resident, passed away unexpectedly Friday, January 6th. He was born February 11, 1927 to the late Daniel and Virginia (Patton) Healy in Glenmore. He farmed the family farm for all of his life, and enjoyed hunting, lake fishing and raising beagles. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Glenmore. He is survived by: the mother of his children, Helen Healy; children: Bob Healy(special friend Kristin), Don (Christine) Healy, Ken Healy (special friend Kristie), David Healy (special friend Tammy), Mary Thompson (special friend Glen) and Richard Healy; grandchildren: Melanie (Brad), Megan, Ryan, Melissa (Matt), Stephanie (special friend Mitch), Nicholas (Randi), Dustin (Rachel), Lindsay (Chris), John, Aaron, Holden, Hillary, Eric, Kenny (special friend Ashley), Nickolas, Danielle and Jenna; 8 great-grandchildren: Alannah, Macie, Madison, Mason, Tyler, McKenna, Kalie and Dalton; as well as many nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by a son-in-law: Kenny Thompson, and brothers and sisters. Family and friends may call at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave, De Pere, from 4-8pm on Thursday, January 12, where there will be a parish prayer service at 7pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, January 13, from 9:30-11am at St. Mary Catholic Church-Glenmore, 5840 Big Apple Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am on Friday, at the church, with Fr. Ron Colombo officiating. Interment will be in the Church cemetery.
