Joann “Jo” Marie Vande Loo, 77, De Pere, passed away unexpectedly on December 5, 2021. She was born in Green Bay on June 12, 1944 to the late Henry and Sadie (Gerrits) Vande Loo. Joann graduated from St. Joseph Academy and attended St. Norbert College. After college Joann was employed for over 40 years at Van Sistine Dentistry/De Pere Family Dentistry. She was also a member of the St. Mary Catholic Community.
In her spare time Joann enjoyed reading, playing games on her phone, watching her favorite TV shows, but her favorite thing of all was watching her great-nieces and nephews sporting events and spending time with family.
Those left to remember Joann include sister, Rose Freischmidt; brother, Mike (Lois) Vande Loo and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Joann was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Vande Loo; sister, Carol White; and brother-in-law, Gary Freischmidt.
To celebrate Joann’s life, a private service was held with her immediate family at St.Mary Catholic Church, Ledgeview with her cousin, Rev. Willie Vande Loo officiating. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family with arrangements.
