Jerome "Jere" Forcey

Jerome John Forcey III “Jere”, De Pere, 65, entered into heaven on October 21, 2010. He was born on November 1, 1944, to the late Jerome John Forcey Jr. “Jack” and Beverly (Zurfluh) Forcey. He married the love of his life, Sheryle Fluno on July 9, 1966. Jere graduated from Nekoosa High School in the Class of 1963. Jere enjoyed building and flying model airplanes and creating metal and woodworking projects. He also enjoyed spoiling his granddaughters, whom he referred to as “his pride and joy”, Anna and Kiara. Survivors include his loving wife, Sheryle; children: Jerome John Forcey IV “Jay” (Sally) Forcey; Chris Forcey; Darin (Lori) Forcey; and Margaret “Maggie” Forcey; granddaughters, Anna and Kiara Forcey; mother-in-law, Esther Mae Fluno; brother-in-law, Chuck (Holly) Fluno; and many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Beverly Forcey and his father-in-law, Harlan Fluno. Family and friends may call Friday, October 29, 2010 at Bridge Point Church, 2421 W. Point Rd., Green Bay, from 9:00a.m. until 11:00a.m. A memorial service will be celebrated on Friday at the church at 11:00a.m. with Pastor John Nehs officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial fund in Jere’s name. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Unity Hospice, First Floor staff of Aurora Baycare Medical Center Green Bay, 8th floor staff of St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, along with numerous family, friends, and neighbors.
