Janet “Jan” Nolan, age 89, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024. She was born in Wabeno on October 13, 1934 to the late Carl and Gladys (Layman) Mathis.

Jan was the beloved wife of the late James F. Nolan, they spent 25 years together before his passing on December 13, 1983.

Loving mother of two sons; Stephen and David (Sharon), proud grandmother of Courtney (Brandon) Maciejewski and Ashley (Jacob) Duesterbeck, great grandchildren, Mackenzie Ryann and Bentley Hunter Duesterbeck, Aaron Nolan, Levi Allen, Chloe Jean and Ruth Lynn Maciejewski as well as other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister and two brothers.

Family and friends may gather on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N Webster Ave, De Pere from 4 to 6pm with a service to follow at 6pm. Entombment will take place at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
