Gilbert James Blaker

Gilbert James Blaker Jr, age 72, formerly of Oneida, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024. He was born on May 27, 1952 the son of Gilbert James Blaker Sr, and Theresa Baird Blaker. Gilbert enjoyed people, he had the gift of GAB. No one was ever a stranger. Gilbert enjoyed running, fishing, playing cards, chess and backgammon.

He is survived by his brother Mark, in Washington State, his sisters Tammy Ceyphes De Pere WI, and Pat Defoe, in Milwaukee. He has 8 children, including 5 daughters; Theresa (Seth) Morris, Ashland Wi, Tammy Blaker, Manitowoc, Jennifer Blaker, Green Bay Wi, Ashley (Jesse) Blaker, Green Bay Wi and a son Edward R in Kaukauna Wi. He has many grandchildren, he never got to meet.

He is preceded in death, by his parents, a sister Terry Szymanski, and two Infant Daughters, Katherine Rae and Katrina Star.

In keeping with his wishes, no services will be held.

The family would like to thank the staff at Angels on Arcadia for all of the wonderful care given to Gilbert these last few years. We are happy he was able to be the man we knew he could be with you.
