Francis "Frank" Carter

Francis “Frank” Joseph Carter, 74, Allouez, passed away peacefully Friday, September 30, 2011, with his family by his side. He will be deeply missed by his daughter, Amy (Doug) Frank, Suring; granddaughter, Brenda Frank, Suring; grandson, Andrew (Desiree) Frank, Oconto Falls; grandson, Stephen Frank, Suring; great-grandchildren, Ila, Colin, and Addison Frank; two sisters, Loretta (Harvey) Brown, and Jane (Bruce) Van Horn; one brother, Jerry (Kathy) Carter; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Levi and Edith Carter; his loving wife of 53 years, Donna Mae Carter; two brothers, Tommy and Ray; and his sister-in-law, Jean. Private family services will be held. Frank will be laid to rest at Allouez Mausoleum. Cotter Funeral Home, De Pere, is assisting the family.
