Francis "Andy" Andrastek

Francis “Andy” Andrastek, 60, Denmark, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2010. He was born May 30, 1950 in the Town of Eaton to Roger Alex and Agnes (Blahnik) Andrastek. After graduation Andy joined the Marine Core and retired after 22 years of service. He was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors. Andy was a member of the VFW Post 6705 of Denmark. Survivors include his companion, Char Calewarts; mother, Agnes Andrastek; brother, Roger (Joyce) Andrastek; sister, Marie (Patrick) Grusznski; nieces and nephews, Scott and Steve (Michelle) Andrastek; Tina Muehlhausen; Eunice (Jeff) Neitzel; Lisa (Rick) Gerarden; Adam (Sarah) Grusznski; Michael (special friend, Katie); and Godson, Luke (Sara) Grusznski; great-nieces and great-nephews: Elijah, Andrew, Christopher, Ashley, Adam, Olivia, and Layla; daughter, Colette Zoesch; step-daughters: Darla McGuire and Brigiette and Danielle Vail; and his buddy, Al Calewarts. Andy was preceded in death by his father, Roger Alex Andrastek and step-daughter, Theresa. Family and friends may call Friday, June 25, 2010 at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 County R, Denmark from 4p.m. until 8p.m. with a prayer service and military honors at 7p.m. Burial will be in Eaton Cemetery.
