Florence "Cookie" Biegert

Florence “Cookie” Biegert 74, passed away after a yearlong battle with cancer August 21, 2017. She was born to Albert and Helen (Lang) Behl November 21, 1942 in New York City. September 25, 1960 she married the love of her life Johannes “Peter” Biegert in Hicksville, New York. Cookie dedicated her entire life to her family and was a homemaker that took great care of her husband and children and then her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband Peter, DePere, her sons Peter (Theresa) Biegert, Mt. Siani, NY, Michael (Toni) Biegert, Green Bay, and daughter Heidi (Mark) Christensen, DePere. In addition, she is survived by her grandchildren Janelle Biegert, Ashley Ventimiglia, Tanner Olson and Peter Olson; great-grandchildren Peyton and Liam Ventimiglia; and her sister Donna (Kenny) Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Laurene Silvani, father-in-law and mother-in law. Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave, De Pere on Friday, August 25 from 5:00pm until the time of service at 7:00pm with Fr. Binu Varghese, O.Praem officiating.
