Ervin T. Parizek

Ervin T. Parizek, 84, Denmark, passed away after a short illness on Saturday, February 15, 2014. He was born on May 7, 1929 in New Denmark, son of the late Joseph and Francis Parizek. He married Marie Kinstetter on November 24, 1951 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Pine Grove, and she preceded him in death on May 31, 2013. Ervin worked at Hamilton’s as well as working on the farm he and Marie owned. He enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and sitting on the front porch visiting with neighbors. Survivors include his children: Kathleen Parizek, Mary Parizek, Tom (Lisa) Parizek, Lorie (Paul) LaCourt, and Julie Parizek; grandchildren: Kari Ebert, Blaine Roznowski, Jacob Roznowski, Abby LaCourt, Brittany LaCourt; great-grandchildren: Netania Ebert, Eden Roznowski, and Charlie Wilkins; and a sister-in-law, Maxine Mann (friend Wendy Manor). He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marie; and his brothers and sisters. Private services will be held at a later date.
