Doug Prevost

God called Doug Prevost, age 58, home after a short battle with lung cancer with his wife by his side on June 10, 2022. The son of Kenneth and Sandra (Cisler) Prevost was born October 3, 1963 and graduated from Preble High School in 1981. On July 20, 1996, he married Lori Peterson at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Denmark, and recently celebrated 25 years of marriage. Doug was employed as a Spotter Driver at McDonald Companies. He had a passion for bowhunting, especially with his brother. Doug also enjoyed the outdoors, biking and spending time with his nieces and nephews as well as attending their activities. Above all else, he loved spending time with his family and enjoyed traveling many places with his wife Lori. He and Lori are members of Ascension Lutheran Church in Green Bay.

Doug is survived by and will be missed by his wife Lori; his parents Kenneth and Sandra; brothers: Scott Prevost and Jeff (Kelly) Prevost; mother-in-law: Janice Peterson; sister-in-law: Deb Kralovetz; brother-in-law: Jerry Kralovetz; nephews: Cory (Kiersten) Kralovetz, Travis Kralovetz; nieces: Leah Kralovetz, Peyton and Kamryn Prevost; uncles and aunts: Mary Cisler, Lee and Linda Gore, Arnie Prevost, Steve and Nancy Prevost; many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Arnold and Josie Prevost, Joseph and Mildred Cisler; godfather Ardeal Cisler and father-in-law Lyle Peterson.

Family and friends may visit at Ascension Lutheran Church, 2911 Libal Street, Green Bay, on Friday, June 17, from 8:30am until 10:30am. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am with Revs. Luther and Lori Swenson officiating. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
