Doris (Debauche) Smits

Doris M. (DeBauche) Smits, 85, De Pere, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012. Survivors include five children: Mary (Dennis) Wicker, Robert Jr. (Joanne) Smits, Ellen (Bob) Coenen, John (Sandra) Smits and Michael Smits; daughter-in-law Tracy Smits, son-in-law Ken Brittnacher, eight grand-children: Shelly, Becky, Matt, Jason, Jennifer, Megan, Lexine and Anne; 8 great-grandchildren: Ashley, Alex, Hanna, Marixsa, Isabelle, Hunter, Izack and Cole; brother-in-law Richard (Arlene) Smits and sister-in-law Marilyn Smits. She was preceded in death by: her parents, daughter, Teresa Brittnacher, a son, James (Sambo) Smits, brother, Albert DeBauche, sister, Isabelle Michalec, and a sister-in-law, Joan Smits. Family and friends may call at St. Mary Parish, 4805 Sportsman Drive, Town of Ledgeview, from 9:00am until the hour of Mass on Thursday, October 25. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am Thursday, at the Church, with the Rev. Richard Getchel officiating. Interment in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, De Pere.
