Dolores Marie Van Schyndel

Dolores Marie Van Schyndel, age 92, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2022. She was born July 12, 1930, to John and Petronella (Vanden Hogen) Van Schyndel in Oneida, Wis.
Dolores worked as a priest’s housekeeper for 10 years for the Norbertine Fathers, serving in Oneida, Wis., and Hingham and Sunburst, Mont. She continued her work for Fr. Alfred M. Loehr for 40 years until the time of his death. Dolores particularly appreciated the blessing of attending daily Mass most of her life.
She is survived by many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, George, Martin, John, Anton and Theodore; three sisters, Marie Daoust, Ann Van Boxtel and Dorothy Jacques.
Visitation will take place at St. Mary Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsman Drive (Ledgeview), on Monday, August 8 from 10:00am until 10:45am. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with the Rev. John H. Harper officiating. Entombment will take place at the Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care of De Pere, is assisting in carrying out Dolores’ wishes.
