Diane M. Mcdonough

August 8, 1959 — September 14, 2021

Loving wife, proud Mom and Grandma, sister and friend. Diane (Hecker) McDonough was all of these in her 62 year years of life. On September 14, 2021 she peacefully passed with family by her side after a struggle with breast cancer. She met the love of her life Steven McDonough and they spent 39 years together. They loved escaping up north to their cabin, spending quality time together and relaxing. A proud Mom of her daughters Heather Forystek (Jim) and Kim Rahr (Bryce). She taught them her strength and how to be loving Moms themselves. But her favorite thing was watching her grandkids: Lily, Asher, Chloe, Mercy, and Henry grow and learning about all of the new things they were doing. Diane was a loving sister to her siblings: Bob Hecker (Bobbie), Roger Hecker (Laurie), Karen Bougie (Pat), Sharon Ducat (Dave), Richard Hecker (Mary), Sue Paulick (Rick), Gail Grainger (deceased), Ronald Hecker (deceased),  Mary Dorvinen (Steve), and Lynn Stiloski (Jim). She was a friend to those who needed one and impacted the many lives she came into contact with.
