Deloris Schilawski

Deloris J. Schilawski, age 92, of De Pere, passed away June 9, 2021. The daughter of the late Leo and Myrtle (Gooding) Beemster was born September 7, 1928, in Green Bay. Deloris married Henry (Hank) Schilawski on September 26, 1953, at St Joseph Catholic Church Green Bay. She worked as an executive assistant at St Norbert College. Deloris enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing but most of all spending time with her family.

She is survived by her two children: Laurie Schilawski, De Pere, and Gregg (Suzanne) Schilawski Ledgeview. Four grandchildren: John Hettrich, Elizabeth (special friend Josh Schnepf) Hettrich, Dr. Shayna Zalec, Dexter Zalec. Her in-laws: Ray Schilawski, Dominic (Sandra) Schilawski, Helen Schilawski. She was preceded in death by her husband Hank.

Family and friends my call at Cotter Funeral Care, 860 N. Webster Ave. De Pere Monday from 10 -11am. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Fr. Matt Faucett officiating. Entombment will be in Allouez Mausoleum. Deloris’ family extends a special thank you to all the caregivers at Sage Meadow especially Patricia and Michelle as well as Heartland Hospice.
