David William Just

David Just, 74, De Pere, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, October 15, 2016. The son of the late Harold and Sadie (Dreier) Just was born on September 25, 1942 in De Pere. He was a member of St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Wrightstown. He served his country in the U.S. Army. David worked for 25+ years and later retired from the Ariens Company. David was an avid Packer and Cubs fan, and loved his animals. He loved to visit with family and friends and play cards, and loved to talk. He lived his life on his own terms and was very kind hearted. Survivors include his children: Tracy Just-Poley and Todd Just; grandchildren: Kirsten, Justin and Dakota; sisters: Charlotte Schwantes and Marlene (Daniel) Milbach; sister-in-law Carol Just, brother-in-law Gene Blobaum as well as nieces, nephews, other family and friends. In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his sister, JoAnn Blobaum and brother Roger Just. Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N Webster Ave, De Pere, on Friday, October 21, from 4-7pm. Visitation will continue at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, 437 Turner St, Wrightstown, on Saturday, from 9:30-10:45am. Funeral service at 11:00am with the Rev. Mike Gehl officiating. Burial in St. John Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Wrightstown.
