Clarence Baumgart

Clarence H. Baumgart, 87, De Pere, passed into eternal life on Tuesday, May 3, 2011. He was born in Green Bay on February 6, 1924 to the late Al and Mary (Mazurtiewicz) Baumgart, and grew up on the family farm in Bellevue. Clarence was married to Laverne Hempton on November 4, 1948. Clarence is survived by their three children: Paul, Mary (Baldemar) Maldonado, and La Vern (Priscilla); also by his grandchildren: Jennifer, Joanna, and Jacklyn. He is further survived by brothers and sisters: Gladys (Jim)VanDenLangenberg, Evelyn Warpinski, Ralph (Marianne) Baumgart, and Phillip (Pat) Baumgart. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and his sisters: Lily (Charlie) Collier, Janet (Norbert) Van Den Elzen, and Mildred (Gale) Fenlon. Family and friends may visit from 4-6 p.m. on Friday May 6, 2011 at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere.
