Celine Anderson, 87, died Sunday evening at her residence, Angel’s Touch, in De Pere. She was born in Minneapolis, MN on June 21, 1927 to the late Clarence and Dorothy Fleming. In February of 1949, she married Robert J. (Bob) Anderson, and he preceded her in death in 1985. Celine lived in Green Bay the majority of her life, and was an avid fan of her beloved team, the Green Bay Packers! She worked at HC Prange Company for many years. Survivors include one son, Jack Anderson; one daughter, Vicki Anderson Yannie; five grandchildren: Kelley Anderson Burian, Heather Anderson, Erica Anderson Vaillancourt, John Yannie and Sarah Yannie; one great-grandchild: Chase Vaillancourt; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Betty Browne, Marifrances VanderZanden, Larry (Joe) Fleming, Jerry Fleming; and her companion, Victor Pintz. Family and friends may visit at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 130 St. Matthew Street, Allouez, on Thursday, January 22, from 10:00am until the hour of Mass at 11:00am, with Fr. Philip Dinh-Van-Thiep officiating. Entombment in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Celine’s name for the Green Bay Area Catholic Education (GRACE) Fund.
