Caroline (Loberger) Leiterman, age 97, of Denmark, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 26, 2016, with her family at her side. The daughter of the late William and Emma (Rasmussen) Loberger was born December 12, 1918 in Green Bay. She graduated from Denmark High School and was a member of the first band in 1936. On September 25, 1940, she married Frank Leiterman, and together they farmed until retirement. She was an active member of All Saints Catholic Church, and was a member of the Altar Society. Caroline enjoyed spending time with her family, flower gardens, baking her kringle and molasses cookies, and crocheting. Caroline is survived by her loving children: Janice (Terrence) Steeno and their children Theresa Lynn, Grant and Ann; Jeanette Gracyalny and children: Mark (Sue), Mary (Rick), Jody (Trent) and Jeffrey (Stephanie); son-in-law, Charles (Linda) Chappelle; Mary (James) Lemke and their children: Brenda (Mark), Todd (Cori), Christy (Bill) and Nicholas (Jill); Linda (Roger) Kane and their children: Adam, Sarah (Tony) and Matthew; Frank (Janet) and their children: Laura (Corey), Ryan and Brittany (Justin); Steve and children: Melissa, Jennifer (Kyle), Rebecca and Victoria; 23 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law: Norma Loberger as well as nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; daughter Helen Chappelle; siblings: Urban (Christine) Loberger, Oscar (Dolores) Loberger, Alice (Gene) VanGroll and Willie (Jeanelle) Loberger; and a son-in-law Tom Gracyalny. Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home-Denmark Chapel, 536 Cty Road R, Denmark, on Friday, October 28 (TODAY), from 3-7pm, with a parish prayer service to conclude the evening. Visitation will continue on Saturday at All Saints Catholic Parish, Denmark, from 9:00am until 10:45am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am Saturday with the Rev. Kevin Ori officiating. Entombment at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
