Carol A. Trinkl, 62, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Green Bay, Monday, July 9, 2018. She was born February 20, 1956, the daughter of Eugene and Angelina (Valle) Dembowski.
Carol graduated from Our Lady of Good Counsel high school in Chicago. She later received her Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern Illinois University in 1977. In 1980, Carol married the love of her life Craig Trinkl. Shortly after they were married Craig and Carol moved to Wausau, WI to start a family. She enjoyed flower gardening and had a strong Catholic faith.
Carol is survived by her husband, Craig; daughters, Vanessa (Jeremy) Cain and Stefanie; brothers, Gene (Amy Hardwicke) Dembowski, James (Sheila) Dembowski; sister, Mary (James) Cohen; cousins, Suzy (Frank) Wollaeger and Bill (Judy) Sacheck; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents
Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere, on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. A prayer service will be held at 7:30pm. Visitation continues at St. Matthew Parish, 130 St. Matthew Street, Green Bay, beginning at 9:30am, Saturday, July 14, 2018 until 11:15am with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:30am with the Rev. Robert Kabat, officiating.
