Carl J. Krentz

Carl J. Krentz, 61, Green Bay, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017. He was born on February 4, 1956 to the late Harold and Mary Krentz. Carl married Laura Lee Barrett in 1978. He later married Cynthia Knapp in 1987 and she preceded him in death in 2007. Carl was a painter by trade and worked on projects such as the Tower Drive Bridge, Lambeau Field, Port Plaza Mall, and many others. Carl was a talented man when it came to mechanics. He put motors on mountian bikes and combined a 1967 van and camper into a race van. Survivors include his son, Clint and his special friend, Helena Monahan; sister, Laura Krentz and her husband Dean Gahlon. In addition to his parents and his wife Cynthia, Carl was preceded in death by his sister, Ellen Krentz. Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N.
