Brian K. Berg

April 21, 1961 — November 28, 2020

Brian K. Berg passed away on November 30th, 2020 at the age of 59. He spent his life building an incredibly accomplished career as a sound engineer in the music industry.

He is survived by his ex-wife and friend Jane Berg of Kaukauna, his two daughters Amber (John) Schmidt of Neenah, and Haley (Anthony) Piscitello of Virginia, his three grandchildren, Johnny, Sophie, and Edison, and three siblings, Sandie (Lee) VandenHouten of Texas, Dorothy (Mike) Smith of Georgia and Glen Berg of Missouri.

Brian will be joining his mother Eleanor, Father Harvey, Sisters Diane and Linda, and brother Wayne in eternal rest.

Brian was born April 21, 1961 to Harvey and Eleanor Berg in Green Bay, WI. He lived his life to the fullest and never turned down an opportunity to challenge himself and learn something new, from his time serving in the United States Air Force, to his esteemed and varied career in music and sound engineering, to countless endeavors in between. He traveled the world, touring with well known rock bands such as Night Ranger, Little River Band, and T.G. Sheppard to name a few. He was very skilled in his career and everyone noticed it.

When Brian wasn’t on the road working, he spent his time in nature. He was an avid bicyclist and BMW enthusiast. He always had a project car to rebuild and sell. He was a friend to many and touched the lives of countless people. He helped anyone he could and expected nothing in return. He will be greatly missed.

Services for Brian will be held on Friday, December 11th, 2020 at Cotter Funeral Home at 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere. Visitation will begin at 9am until 10:45am. A memorial service will follow at 11am. Burial service after, at Mount Calvary Cemetery in De Pere.
