Brent David Wineinger

Brent Wineinger, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Waukesha. He was born on November 16, 1964 to David and Joyce (Preisler) Wineinger in La Grange, Illinois. He obtained his Master of Science Degree in Molecular Cell Biology, and was currently an Instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College and also the University Colleges. Brent enjoyed spending time in Door County, being on the water and sailing. He especially loved teaching and the challenges it brought, his students meant the world to him. Above all, Brent loved his family, in particular, his nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, his sisters; Susan (Trevor) Thielbar and Pam (John) Hutchinson, his nieces and nephews; Jordan, Thomas, Abby, Libby, Megan and Johnny and Jennifer Ziegler, the love of his life. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Preceding Brent in death are his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Family and friends may gather Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 3:15pm at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave, De Pere, with service to follow at 3:30 pm. A memorial fund has been established. Burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Allouez. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cotterfuneralhome.com. A memorial service for his family and friends in Milwaukee will take place at a later date.
