Bonita “Bonnie” Liebergen, passed away on her 80th birthday, April 19, 2024. She was born April 19, 1944 in Luxemburg, Wis. To the late Raymond and Elizabeth (Krines) Davister. Bonnie married the love of her life Gordon Liebergen on August 3rd, 1974.
Bonnie graduated from Luxemburg High School in 1962. She worked for Cohodas Bros, Cerebral Palsy Inc, Hometown Coordinators and was an independent demonstrator for Woodmans. Bonnie loved her two grandchildren Tyler and Chelsea, which were very special to her. She also loved to travel, the most special trip was to Australia with her son Chad to visit her Pen Pal of 63 years. She also played cards, helped with fund raisers and went on Casino trips with her friends.
Bonnie is survived by her loving husband Gordon one son Chad (Shannon) Liebergen, grandchildren Tyler and Chelsea, New Franken, one sister Darlene Rank, two brothers, Raymond Jr. (Sharon) Davister and Richard (Laurie)Davister, brother in law, Robert Finnel, Denmark, sisters in law, Theresa Rozmarenowski and Anna Schmidt as well as nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
Preceded in death, by parents Raymond & Elizabeth (Krines) Davister Sr., father and mother in law Omer and Dora Liebergen, sister Donna Finnel, sister in Law Mary Jane (Ben) Rottier, brothers in law, David Rank, Raphael Rozmarenowski, Earl Schmidt and Melvin (Carol) Liebergen, as well as her nephew, Robert Schmidt.
Family and friends may gather on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at St. Clare Parish St. Paul Site, 423 Main St., Wrightstown from 9:00 to 10:45am, with the Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 11:00am. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery, Greenleaf. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bonnie’s name can be made to Cerebral Palsey Inc., www.wearecp.org/donate. The family would like to thank the caregivers at Scandinavian Court of Denmark as well as the staff and nurses at Aurora BayCare Medical Center for the wonderful care given to Bonnie during her stay.
