Bernadine M. (Dufek) Robinson

Bernadine “Bernie” (Dufek) Robinson, 63, Denmark, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 after a short battle with cancer. Bernadine was born October 12, 1952 to the late Richard and Betty (Klein) Dufek. Bernadine married David Robinson on May 16, 1970 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Gibson. She worked many years at Dufeck Mfg. in Denmark, and retired from St. Vincent Hospital. Bernadine loved to go to rummage sales with her friend Ms. Carol, go on drives and listen to “old” country music. Bernadine’s pride and joy were her grandchildren and she spent as much time as she could with them. She is survived by her children: Mark (Lori); Michelle (Patrick) Linsmeier; Michael; Shawn (Mandy); Sara (David) Steinhorst; grandchildren: Nichole, Jacob, Travis, Damion, Brandi, Brianna, Dakota, and Abigail; sisters: Kaylynn (Donald) Robinson, Lorraine (David) Volkema, Patsy; and brother: Richard (Ann). Bernadine was preceded in death by her husband, David; son, David Michael; her parents; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alex and Evelyn (Kralovetz) Robinson. Family will greet friends and visitors from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty R, Denmark, with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. conducted by the Rev.
