Alesana Emiko Farris was born too soon. She came into this world 7 weeks too early on February 1, 2014, but being the little fighter that she was, that didn't hold her back. In no time she was out of the hospital and growing big, strong and beautiful, just like her parents. In her brief time here, she learned how to roll from her tummy to her back and she was just about to get her first tooth. She enjoyed listening to music with daddy and cuddling with mommy. She also was able to attend her first Regional Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses recently and made many new friends there. Her personality was so engaging that everyone who met her loved her instantly. She was and always will be dearly loved, and missed (until Jehovah's promise of the resurrection is fulfilled) by her parents, Queondrai and Mikeila (Sewell) Farris, Green Bay, maternal grandmother, Sharon Garsow, Green Bay, paternal grandparents, Robert and Quanjernyce Flournoy, Milwaukee, maternal great-grandfather, Don Garsow, Green Bay, paternal great-grandmother, Doris Farris, Illinois, uncles Kedon Sewell, Green Bay, Journey and Ramses, Milwaukee, aunts Francine Sewell, Milwaukee, Quateiria, Milwaukee, maternal great aunts and uncles, as well as many, many friends and loved ones. A special thank you to Broads with Babes Milwaukee group who have been there for the family throughout Alesana's short life, the staff at St. Vincent hospital, and the NICU staff at Aurora hospital when she was born. A celebration of Alesana’s life will be held from 5-6pm Monday, June 30, at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave, De Pere, with a service at 6pm. Born too soon-gone too soon 2-1-14 to 6-25-14
