She volunteered at ASPIRO and the Senior Center since moving here. Alberta Burton had a great faith in God and loved people. She was an outgoing and kind person who accepted everyone for who they are. She was involved in many activities at Badger Terrace where she lived. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Her greatest joy was listening to her boys sing. Alberta is survived by four sons: Kevin (Jacqueline), Maurice, Gerald (Tori), and Tim (Beatrice); two stepsons: James Jr. (Shirley) and Eric (Ethel); a stepdaughter, Karen; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
