Adeline (Pelot) Davis

Adeline Addie Davis (nee Pelot) age 88 of De Pere, Wisconsin passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, November 8th, 2011 at Rennes Health Center in Appleton, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband J. Bon Davis. Survivors include her children Dan, Cedarburg; Donna (Rick) Riehl, West Bend; Susan (John Evans) Flemming, Appleton. Surviving grand children are Tyler (Lindsey) Riehl (Grand Junction, Colorado); Tara (David) Towers (Brookfield); Troy (fiance Megan Sopkowicz) Riehl (West Bend); and Devin Davis (Cedarburg). Addie’s great-grand children include Bennett and Laine Towers and Melaine Sopkowicz. Other survivors include the families of James Davis and Judy and Ray Timms. Addie was involved in numerous church groups, plus PEO and Women's Club, as well as the League of Women Voters, Bridge Clubs and Sewing Club. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, baking, plus the Green Bay Packers; Addie always expressed thankfulness for her family. Family and friends may call Sunday, November 13, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Union Congregational Church, 716 S. Madison St., Green Bay. Memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Sunday at church, the the Rev. Dr. Charles E. Mize officiating. Cotter Funeral Home, De Pere, is assisting the family.
